In a tumbler glass, pour 1 finger Calpis concentrate and a few dashes of Midori (you don’t want to be doing a shot of Midori). Add a few ice cubes and swirl to mix. Top off with sparkling water.
* The classic drink is made with shochu as the alcohol. If you’re lucky enough to have shochu, you want to go 1:1 shochu to Calpis concentrate instead.
